Following advice from the Church of England all our church buildings are closed in line with Government Advice until further notice.  We offer various 'virtual' opportunities to worship here.  We are still available and are happy to help in any way we can - just get in touch or phone 07980 569450.

I recently saw ‘The Blessing’ created by musicians and singers from all over, all socially isolated, yet joining together to worship. I was hoping you would consider taking part, individually or as a family, in something similar, though don’t worry, I don’t want you to sing!
I’d like everyone to write out/design/create/knit/papier-mâché at least one line from the song - but more are welcome - (words given below) and EVERYONE ALSO write/create the word Amen and He is for you, and then photograph yourself or your family, holding your line and again everyone individually, holding the words Amen and He is for you. If you could email let me know your chosen lines ASAP, I can make sure we have enough of each for the video, and before you spend hours drawing/crafting something we might not be able to fit in!
Please send your chosen lines and then your photos to Claire at
If photographing yourself isn’t easy, I have a camera with a very good zoom lens and I’m happy to come and capture you on your doorstep, if that’s helpful. Just let me know. I hope then to compile a video of everyone from the 4 churches, who want to be involved, and share it with you, as soon as it’s completed.
Please don’t be shy. I know not many people like having photos of themselves, but your friends are wanting to see you and feel close to you, and I think this is a good way to help, especially for those who are alone or shielding.
Any questions, please contact Claire via email or ring her on 07813 845275

The Lord bless you
And keep you
Make His face shine upon you
And be gracious to you
The Lord turn His
Face toward you
And give you peace
As we receive, we agree, amen
He is with you
He is for you
May His presence
May His favor be upon you
And a thousand generations
Your family and your children
And their children, and their children
